Accounts are for one person. Keep your SARASYN account password secure and don’t share it; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
What the service does — and doesn’t
We make structural changes and add missing alternatives to improve accessibility; we do not rewrite the meaning of your content. Automated remediation cannot guarantee legal compliance. Each report shows what was fixed and what needs human review, and you are responsible for reviewing results before publishing.
Plans, pages and payment
- Plans include a monthly page allowance that resets each period and does not roll over.
- Trial codes are issued by us, give a set number of pages for a set number of days, and need no card. One trial per account; a trial ends when its days or pages run out.
- Top-up pages are available to Pro and Business subscribers. They never expire but can only be used while a subscription is active.
- Pages for a failed job are refunded automatically.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Don’t upload unlawful content or malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
