Conformance status
We aim for this website and web app to conform fully to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. “Fully conforms” means the content meets the standard without exceptions; where we know of a gap, we list it below.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a skip link, one main heading per page and an ordered heading structure.
- Every function works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface colours meet contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for controls, in both light and dark themes. These ratios are checked by automated tests on every change.
- Layouts reflow to a width of 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling and support text resized to 200%.
- Form fields have visible labels; errors are described in text and linked to the field they relate to.
- Progress and status updates are announced to screen readers without interrupting you, and nothing on the site has a time limit.
- Animation is subtle and turns off when your system asks for reduced motion. You can also turn it off, or choose a light or dark theme, in your account’s display preferences.
- Every page is tested with axe-core for WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, in both themes and at desktop and mobile widths, before release.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
Known limitations
- Documents you download. Remediated files are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA, but some criteria need human judgement. These are marked “needs review” in each report rather than passed automatically.
- Payment pages. Checkout and billing management are provided by Stripe on their own pages, which we don’t control. Stripe publishes its own accessibility information.
- Signing in. Sign-in uses your SARASYN email and password. There is no CAPTCHA or time limit, you can paste and use a password manager, and you can show your password while typing. Password reset emails and their reset page are sent and hosted by our authentication provider.
Feedback and contact
If you find a barrier on this site or in a document we produced, please tell us. Email admin@sarasyn.ai. We aim to reply within two working days and to fix confirmed issues as a priority. If you need information in a different format, ask and we will provide it.
How we prepared this statement
This statement was prepared on 3 October 2026 and updated on 10 October 2026 for WCAG 2.2, based on automated testing with axe-core and manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers. We will review it at least every six months and whenever we make a significant change to the site.
