What is a page?
We count pages the way the file is organised. You always see the count, and confirm it, before a job starts.

For example: a 14-page Word report uses 14 pages; an 18-slide deck uses 18; a workbook with 3 sheets uses 3. Pro includes 300 pages a month.
FAQ
Billing questions.
Do unused pages roll over?
Included pages reset at the start of each monthly period and don’t roll over — yearly plans reset monthly too. Top-up pages never expire and are used only after your monthly pages run out.
What if a job fails?
Pages are reserved when a job starts and refunded automatically if it fails. You are never charged for a document we couldn’t process.
Does editing a fix use more pages?
No. Reviewing and editing fixes, then rebuilding the file, uses no pages.
How do trial codes work?
Our team sends trial codes to people evaluating SARASYN. A code unlocks Pro features for a set number of pages and days — files up to 50 MB, kept for 30 days — with no card. There’s one trial per account. When it ends, choose a plan to keep converting.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you can still sign in and download finished files until they’re deleted on schedule, but new conversions need a plan.
Do top-up pages expire?
No. Top-up pages never expire, though they can only be used while you have an active Pro or Business subscription.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card and, where available, other local payment methods. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
